Products & Services

HSHN coaching offers both pre-written digital training programs and one-on-one personal coaching services. These are separate products and services and are subject to different purchasing and refund terms.

Pre-written digital programs are ready-to-use programs that are not individually created or personalized for the purchaser. One-on-one personal coaching is a separate personalized service that involves an application, manual onboarding, and individualized programming based on the client’s goals and information.

Purchases, Refunds & Cancellations

Purchases of pre-written digital programs and other digitally delivered products are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law. Digital products may be delivered automatically following checkout and cannot be physically returned once access has been provided.

One-on-one personal coaching is subject to a seven (7) calendar-day refund period beginning on the date of the original purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within that seven-day period. After the seven-day period has expired, coaching purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Because one-on-one coaching is personalized and manually onboarded, there may be a short period between enrollment and delivery of the client’s individualized training program.
